Our role includes overseeing the entire approval cycle—from initial design review and documentation preparation to submission, follow-up, and final approval issuance. We coordinate directly with ADM to ensure that architectural layouts, structural requirements, MEP designs, accessibility provisions, and other key elements meet municipal standards. At the same time, we work closely with ADCD to ensure full compliance with fire safety regulations, including life safety systems, fire-rated materials, emergency egress plans, and fire protection equipment layouts. This dual compliance ensures that all projects satisfy the essential safety and technical criteria required for legal and operational sign-off.
To streamline the process further, we maintain clear communication with contractors, consultants, landlords, and clients throughout every step. This integrated approach helps prevent documentation gaps, reduces the likelihood of revisions, and ensures that all submissions are accurate and complete before they reach the authorities. Because we manage the coordination proactively, we help avoid the common bottlenecks and uncertainties often associated with authority approvals.
